A: Unfortunately we are not open to the public and we do not have a physical store. All orders will be shipped out through our designated carriers and returns must be mailed back to us by following our return procedures.
A: At Checkout, please enter any coupon code into the “Discount“ box and click the “Apply” button. The system will then confirm if the coupon has been applied. Only ONE coupon can be used for each order. Please note, any coupons offered must be applied to an order at time of checkout only. Once an order has been submitted and confirmed online, we will not be able to adjust the order to add-on a coupon. But you can always use the coupon codes on your next order as long as it is not expired.
A: Sizing chart is has been provided for customer's use. Please refer to chart for general sizing inquiries. Please keep in mind that each manufacturer / brand may differ slightly in size. The chart provided is only for general reference.
A: If an order has been successfully made online, you will be prompted with an order number immediately after the checkout process. An order confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address on file. If you are uncertain if an order was placed or not, please CONTACT US first before attempting to replace the order.
A: Shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once a tracking number becomes available. Please also check your Junk/Spam email folder as many automated emails are sent there by default. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please feel free to email us and include your order number for assistance.
A: For your security, if you order is pending, please CONTACT US immediately to verify and confirm the order. If you were sent an email from our verification department, you may respond directly back to the email as well. Because sometimes the reason why orders are in "pending" status is that you gave the wrong shipping address.
A: If your order has not yet been shipped and still in the warehouse, we can change your shipping address as soon as you send us the right shipping address via email. Simply, reply to the email confirmation we have sent you. But if your order has been shipped, we don't have any control to the shipment anymore.
A: For Customer Initiated Order Cancellation: Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order within an hour of placing your order by email.

- For Miss-Everything.com Initiated Order Cancellation: Although it is rare that it would be necessary for us to cancel an order, we reserve the right to deny any order. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:
** Payment Information Error - Orders that cannot be processed due to an error in information that you have provided, which may include, but are not limited to: Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
** Incorrect Billing information - The billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record.
** Insufficient/Incorrect shipping addresses (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
** Incorrect Pricing - Due to the sometimes volatile market for our products, sometimes there are major fluctuations in price. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
A: Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing your request to email@example.com.
In the email, please include: (1) order number (2) items requesting to be returned (3) reason for return (4) photo or a proof to the claim .
Once you have submitted your return form online, please allow 48 business hours for us to confirm the RMA number to you via email. Once you have received RMA number, please make sure to only pack the items you had listed on your return application and then write or print the RMA NUMBER CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE of the shipping box. All packages without a RMA number will be refused back to sender. Please also do not use a shoe box as a shipping box. Please only use regular mailing boxes or padded envelopes. Any shipping carrier will be accepted (ie: USPS, UPS, etc). We suggest for you to have a tracking number for your return package in case if anything shall happen to the package. Miss-Everything.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
A: Unfortunately at this time we do not offer return labels. However, for returns of any damaged or wrongly sent items, we will gladly reimburse your standard return shipping cost. Please include a copy of the shipping receipt with your return and we will reimburse you accordingly upon receipt of the package.
A: If you are dissatisfied with an item, you will have 10 days from receipt to return an item for a store credit to use on future orders. Items that are special priced, clearance items, bathing suits, lingerie/ intimates, accessories, costumes, and special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refund, exchange or store credit. A: Each item has a different processing time frame.
General items such as apparels and electronics are processed within 1-3 days. Some cases we can ship same day if you order before 11am.
Normally, our items are available at our warehouse in California. We have other warehouse located in New Jersey, Ohio, Florida and New York. We always make sure items listed in the website are all in stock so it will not affect processing and shipping times. Remember that we don't process and ship orders during weekends and holidays. If you order on Friday, we will start processing the next business day, which falls on Monday.
Costumes, Lingerie and Accessories are processed within 1-5 days.
All orders should take 3-10 business days to arrive, after it has been shipped.
